Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@4smokelove.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of the return shipment. Ensure that you pack the products securely to prevent damage during shipping. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions / Disposable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), special order items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you desire is to return the item you have. If the return is accepted, you can then purchase the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
